The project is being developed by Geelong Port to provide a dedicated berth to the Spirit of Tasmania Passenger/Cargo ferry and is anticipated to be operational by the end of 2022. The construction project involves 3 construction packages – Marine piling & construction, Terminal building upgrades and Civil infrastructure upgrades.

To date on the project, we have been engaged to provide:

  • Setout and as-constructed surveys of marine piles for the berthing/mooring dolphins and vehicle approach ramp
  • Concrete structures the vehicle approach ramp, linkspan and end fenders

Surveying services for the terminal building contractors

  • As-constructed surveys of existing buildings to guide the D&C contract
